| I remember Pool Boy volunteering to see about getting together for October-- Well it's here and I hope I didn't miss out-- Anything sound like a place to go. I'm out the last week and first few days of November but in town then until year end. On the side I have my order for KB in and have three bottles available at cost+ shipping. One each Amber Ridge, Koplen , and Kanzler vineyards -$72 + $6.21. -- DC folks only as reshipping costs make it impractical otherwise. Lets try to get together -- Norm | | | |

| October is pretty hectic, especially the week of the 19th, but Novermber looks good (excepting Thanksgiving). I prefer a Friday or Saturday night, but Tuesdays also work for me (except I have to go to work the next day feeling wrung out.)
Any place in particular you'd like to try? Theme? | | | |

| Din-- I see the 14th as my best day in November--I need to drink some of my KB or some of my 99/2000 brunellos. I have no preference as to locations- something hearty now that the weather has changed-- Norm -- Pool boy where are you???? | | | |

| Ach I let the ball drop. Been very busy, but that is no excuse. But October is f-u-l-l. So November? Except that is mostly f-u-l-l. for November to work for me, it needs to be a Friday or some weeknight. What about the 13th or 20th?
Anyone in the mood for Brasserie Beck or Central? Or how about Tosca (we could try to get everyone to bring Italian?)?

| Alright, I'll bite...or until something comes up and I have to cancel at the last minute as my track record seems to be running lately.

| So, do we have a firm date set now? I've been invited to another thing that evening, and this would give me a good excuse to say that I'm already committed elsewhere. | | | |

| How about we settle on November 13th? Brasserie Beck is a good suggestion. Norm, do you have any connections with them for the private room we had about a year and a half ago?

| OK - here's what I have -- me and wife dinwiddie Travelrep and Mrs. What about Jaimetown?? Pool Boy??? I think some Italian wine works for me-- anybody see that Kosta Browne just got sold for $40 Mil pretty good for no vineyards, rented winemaking facility, and started by saving tips by Dan and Michael when they were waiters. | | | |

| Either way I have to go at least back to my car at Glenmont because I can't bring wine into work. 6:30 works as does 7. BTW, I mentioned the dinner to a few of the guys I had wine and meat with on Sunday and told them to chime in if they wanted to attend. But I told them if they didn't do it on this forum, they were out of luck. | | | |
