The Freeman's have once again stepped up to the plate to let us use their facility for our annual dinner!  Yeah Ken and Akiko!!

We are scheduled for the weekend of February 19th-21st. We will once again be at the Hyatt in Santa Rosa.  Hotel rates are $109/night for regular rooms and $145/night for the suites.  I am planning on having the dinner at Stark's Steakhouse on the 19th...more details to follow.

I am running this like a winery allocation list, with those who have attended previously getting first crack.  I'm listing names here...if I overlooked you please let me know before this thing overflows.

I'll try to work this out so please to keep us on the list (again for a suite, please).
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is...

count us in for 2. We'll do a non-smoking king for Friday and Saturday night.

Any thoughts on the Friday night venue? Is it BYOB again?

Chris, let me know if there is anything that I can do to help, and thanks again for taking this on!

We will be at Stark's Steakhouse on Friday night. They have agreed to a $10/person corkage fee. I'm thinking of doing the same menu as last year....it was that good!

Chris, please keep me +1 on the list. It's possible Christie won't be able to make it, but I'm planning on it.

Thanks !

For the dinner on Friday night, is everybody ok with the same menu?  The only change I was considering was the Uni and Cortez Bay Scallop Mac N Cheese as I found it be too rich....which overwhelmed the wine.

Yes - menu was great, and certainly OK to change the mac and cheese dish.

Thanks, Chris. Definitely don't want to miss it so as soon as jpak is back from the wilderness we'll figure out if one or both of us can go and/or what the alternatives might be. I'm thinking we'll be in the Bay area closer to the first of Feb so maybe can do a separate offline when he is along...
either way, I'll be in the cave. ;-)
