| OK folks, everything has fallen thru for the last couple of trys. So let's work on getting something that will work for June. I'm probably open for any Saturday in June and Tuesdays seem to work pretty well for me too, but I'm flexible. Suggestions for dates and themes? We can figure out where when we figure out who and when. Somethemes we haven't done in a while (or ever): Big Cab night Orphan night - only one left in the cellar Something from anywhere except the US and France Southern Hemisphere Just whites small productions Rhone night Left Bank/Right Bank - who cares as long as it is Bordeaux. Bordeaux wannabes (Bordeaux blends from around the world) You say Syrah, I say Shiraz | | | |

| We might be tied up one of the weekends (6/7). Also it is probably wise to avoid Father's Day weekend. Some Thursday nights would be good as my wife works a truncated schedule allowing her off every other Friday. So maybe the 4th or 18th would work, too.
As for themes, I like your suggestions, DW. I would nix the 'Just Whites', 'small productions' and 'something other than from france and the usa. Not bad ideas, I just prefer the others. I would also add -- 'break out one of your seriously good bottles night' or we could also try to choose a vintage or a producer to do a vertical or horizontal. | | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com | |

| Great idea. How about Thursday, June 4th at Dino. 6:45 p.m., with the theme, "bring a bottle you would like to drink" (picks up many of Dinwiddie's themes). As long as we order by 7:00 it is 3 courses for $25 (no corkage, of course). I would like to drink a 1984 Dunn Howell Mountain Cab so I'll likely bring that along with a 1989 Château Rieussec. | | | |

| Excellent. That's a quorum. Since we scheduled on the 4th at TJ's suggestion, I am counting him as well. I looked a little closer at Dean's website and we can still do the 3 course deal after 7 (price goes up to $35) so we don't have to do it so early if a later time would work better for everyone. Let me know, and I'll call and make reservations. | | | |

| There is a group from Mark Squire's board going to be there the same night, White Burgs and Big Italians. (They are nice guys.) We need to make sure we hold our own. | | | |

| I'm sure Dean will be able to fit another one or two at the table. We added a couple to my last big dinner there no problem.

| I think the first question, which only Pool Boy can answer, is do we need to add another seat at the table. If we are at the big table, then adding another seat is easy, but I doubt they have us there right now. | | | |

| Dave, both Mrs. PB and I are in! 6:45pm, right?
However, there is a NEW REQUIREMENT -- Mrs. T-Rep MUST now attend as well.
SO?????

| So the pressure's on, is it? Although I'm not home right now, but will be there on Tuesday afternoon, I'll say that Mrs. T is is definite.
Looking forward to seeing all of you then.
