| Guys, the dinner on Saturday is looking to be more expensive than before.....at around $170/person. Is everybody going to be cool with that?? I can try to make some last minute changes if that's sounding too high! Edit: I looked at last years costs and we paid $145/person, so I've asked the caterer to advise if there is something we can cut out, as a $25 increase is kinda stiff (unlike a $4 increase in wine prices). | | | |

| Chris, I don't have a problem with the price, but you can adjust if you are feeling uncomfortable with it. | | | |

| Thanks guys.....I'll let you know what the caterer comes back with. I'd like everybody to know the prices on everything before Friday. BTW....I'm going to cover all the costs of the dinners and bus on my credit card, so please plan on giving me a check. Please no cash! ;-) | | | |

| I'll plan on popping the cork on some champagne in our room on Friday night before dinner. Bring your own stems.
PS - If there is anyone coming this weekend who works downtown SF and could stop in at One Rincon Plaza for me, please PM me.

| Chris, the price is expensive. However, if I think of it as a $120 dinner and a $50 tasting fee, it's more acceptable. Now, if i can just get my wife to think like I do... | | TN posted on Cellartracker"

| Chris:
Thank you for all of your coordination and working with various folks to make this happen. I think that when you got the final price, you may have thought...gee, that is $40 per course which seems high. I'd at least ask them if their estimate is right. But ultimately, for all things considered, it is probably fair. I mean, I just had an OK champagne, OK Vosne Romanee Lieu Dit, and a 6 course meal that you could fit on one plate at Picholine for $850 for two, so it is all relative. | | | |

| Right, that's what we're worried about. With my luck they'll only have 4 Daves on their list that live in Minneapolis. Did I say Minneapolis? Cleveland! That's the ticket. Only 4 Daves in Cleveland. | | | |

| They made a mistake in tabulating the bill when we added the salmon option. I should have a revised cost per person today that will be more agreeable.
