A killer wine at ~$35. A good deal and I wish I bought a case.
- 2007 Vincent Dauvissat (René & Vincent) Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons - France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru (1/28/2010)
Clear light gold color; Aromas of pear and lime with lemon, pear and chalk flavors. More chalk on the very long, dry and acidic finish. Very dry and wonderful Chablis. I *heart* Chablis. The finish has some sour notes so if this is not your preferred style then don't bother. Thanks Steffen for pointing me at this buy. (92 pts.)
