- 2007 Provenance Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc Estate Grown - USA, California, Napa Valley, Rutherford (6/24/2009)
Unscrewed and poured. Pale lemon/straw hue. Pleasant aromas of citrus, honeydew melon, wax, and freshly mowed grass. Medium-light body. Subtle flavors of lemon, tropical fruit, and minerals. Average finish. An elegant and restrained example of Sauvignon Blanc that doesn't posses any of the harsh, herbaceous notes that can sometimes mar this varietal. Perfect for sipping on a hot day. LCC, I thought this was great for $16.00. Definitely more subtle than Kiwi SB.
