Opened and served immediately. Yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of paraffin, pear and a bit of passion fruit. Flavors of yellow pears and yellow apples. Medium acidity, light bodied. Drink now. Works fairly well paired with shrimp which isn't always easy. QPR based on the $7.50 per bottle I paid at a local retailer. (88 pts.)
