Santa Barbara Spot Prawns last night.  Arrived live, marinated in EVO, garlic, salt, pepper, white wine.  Raining hard so no grill, done on the stove.  Tear off the head and suck like crawfish.  Tails were amazingly sweet and tender.  And I can't believe my 4 1/2 year old son sucked some head!!

Paca for lunch. At a local cafe + bar located on a dirt road in the agricultural region near San Carlos, CR. Tastes like chicken.
