N.V. Prager Winery and Port Works Cabernet Sauvignon Noble Companion 10 Year Old Tawny Port - USA, California, Napa Valley (5/28/2007)
WIMLNR,NOWA,NOWS

Tasted May 28, 2007 at an offline. Opened and decanted right before serving. Brown color in the glass, cloudy throughout. Nose of anise, brown sugar and nuts. Flavors of brown sugar and licorice. Light acidity and body. Drink now. Not rated because I felt this wine was over the hill myself but I’ve never had one of their ports before.

Prager is a must-stop when in Napa. Tasting room in the basement with cobwebs and all sorts of other stuff. Eclectic staff.
