| Yea, we did have this problem awhile back, but I thought it was completely fixed! Let me see what else I can do to fix it. Yes, the PM's do actually go through btw. It's the confirmation page that isn't working.

| Well, good news is, a new version of the software is out. I didn't think it was out of beta, but it is. I'm researching the upgrade now. Lots of bugs are fixed. I'll give a list after the upgrade. | Sent a few PMs today. A couple of times, I received the following Error Message:
Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forums\sendmessage.php on line 234
I wonder if the PM went through anyway?!?

| LCC, it looks like the PM's are being sent via the email protocol SMTP and the receiving mail gateway is rejecting the mail (I'd guess that www.vinocellar.com is the gateway). Probably a parameter need to be set to allow www.vinocellar.com to relay through itself (this is all just a guess, but the first part should be correct from the error message you have in your post). | | | |
