Thanks, Winetex...I had tried before, but it told me that my password choice didn't meet some unstated requirements...I kept trying until it accepted one...don't know if it's a number of characters thing or if you have to have both upper and lower case letters???

This is one of my main complaints. Search seems worse too, but that may be me not knowing how to use it properly.

The search is worse, I think Brad is aware and working to improve it. The problem with the site dropping your login appears to be caused by something corrupting the cookies. Deleting the vinocellar cookies has always solved it for me, as for Winetex and WIML.

I am experimenting with that. How often do you delete them (each time that you have to log in)?

I only delete them when it goes on the fritz (i.e. I login and as soon as I go to a sub-forum it logs me back out).

It doesn't tell you that your password should have a minimum of seven characters or something like that. It's a dumb bug.

Issue appears to happen when I switch computers... if I login only from my laptop, I don't seem to have any probs.

Sounds like the cookie on the laptop isn't corrupted.

Al,

I've got the same log-in problem.  For the computer illiterate like me, is there a way to delete only the vinocellar cookies?  (I hate the idea of having to find/remember my user names and passwords for all the other sites I visit.)

Thanks,

Richard/Winegeek

Hey, the previous post looks kinda cool!

I use the Firefox browser that allows you to view and delete cookies from any particular site. Do I recall you're a Mac guy? Safari also makes it easy to delete the cookies from a particular site. I'd guess most other browsers have similar capabilities these days.
