it seems to me more like ground hog day. i go to a post in the wine commerce section, read it and then go back to the main index. main index shows i never read the post.

It looks like the 'new post indicator' has stopped working. I keep reading posts, but the 'new post' indicator says I haven't read it yet. This could get ugly!

Maybe this isbecause time has gone backwards, and these posts can't be 'read' until tomorrow actually occurs!!?!?!?!?!?!

I am having some of the same issues. After I read a post, it is still showing up as unread.

In addition, this thread was not marked as having new posts, even though the entire thread is new since my last visit this morning.

Mike

P.S. I have the same issues even after exiting Vinocellar, deleting the cookies, and logging back in.

Same thing here. Weird. And every time somebody makes a new post in the Wine Commerce section it just keeps going up, up, up!

BTW, I came here to report it and found this thread started. There was no post indicator the main forum page indicating new posts to read.

OK, this stuff is getting weird. I went back into a thread I alread read which indicated I had already read it but when I left that thread it turn the unread post indicator back on!

BTW, so far it seems to be only happening on any thread where somebody posted with an 8/8/05 date. The chat thread, the new server thread, the wine commerce petrus thread, etc...

What about trying to access the last 24 hours' posts? Am I the only one being taken to 1:22 yesterday?

The weird part is the posts that after read show up again as unread. There is a Kistler post by Randy that I've tried to read about 10 times.

Same problem here. The 'unread post' indicators are no longer reliable.
I wonder what'll happen when current time exceeds the prior 8/8/05 'latest' post (before Brad set the clock back).

As time passes it seems to be clearing itself up.
