Perhaps combine the WA and OR sections into a PAC NW regional since the traffic is slower there. | | | |

| TJ - What about a vote for one region (say Germany) REPLACING another region (say Rhone), if Germany is more popular than Rhone. Rhone could still be posted in France -other, but Germany would get their do. And the people who don't want to raise the total forum number will also be satisfied? Maybe  Hell, I'm sure this will just cause more issues.
