| Yesterday I met up with preferred and WineDrinkerOfTexas at a local retailer that was hosting a complimentary tasting of Robert Kracher Imports. Here is what was tasted:

Albrecht Gewurztraminer 2002

Albrecht Pinot Gris 2002

Here is the Robert Parker teaser sent along with the invitation:

Well, the only thing I can say is apparently Robert Kracher didn't bring along the wines Robert Parker has been tasting. The two Albrecht offerings were drinkable but nothing I would spend my money on. The rest just flat out sucked.
However, it was great to spend some time with my fellow Dallar Area Winos. There is a silver lining to every cloud! | |
