Better than you might expect. This was dim-sum, so different dumplings just kept appearing. I avoided the hot dipping sauce, but beyond that most of the food was mild enough that the wines easily matched it. And then some of the fattier foods such as the BBQ pork and Peking duck worked well with the big reds. | | | |
