RawRed is leaving us for London! So what are we going to do about it? Well, have a wine dinner in mourn.... in celebration of the occassion! We are finally getting rid of him! Oh, I mean, we'll miss him dearly.....
Hmm.. this might turn into a roast of sorts if we aren't careful!
So here is the scoop.
By proxy of RawRed, I'm inviting anyone who would like to attend a little going away wine dinner for RawRed. It will be held somewhere in Central/North Jersey like always, but until I have an approximate number of people I don't know which place yet. I'm looking at a few different options.
The date is solid and is set for 7/25/2003. The time will be approximately 7pm but may change depending on what reservations I end up getting.
I'll see what type of wine theme he'd like.
Just reply if you'd like to attend and be in RawRed's presence one last time... that is until he realizes how much he misses all of us and comes crying back! | |

Like I mentioned to some people already, Enoselsa is in NYC that same weekend. He asked if we can put something together on that weekend. So, the timing is good. Not sure if NJ is OK though. Would have to ask. BYOW in NY is out of the questions, I guess, correct Revlis?
I gave him my EMail (since he is not a part of VC). Although, I urged him to join a “real” Wine Community (for a change). I believe that ojeffso has his personal info as well.
Anyway, put us down for 2 as the usual “may be”. Same excuse (babysitting) & actually we are already invited to another event that weekend. Not sure if I can pull this of, but will try. You know that I hate to miss these, but sometimes no choice. Thank You. | | | |

| Update!
Ojeffso has graciously offered (after I begged on my knees) his home for our evening of wine with RawRed. We'll make him a celebrity yet!
Instead of having a dinner type setting, wine related hors d'vours will be served. I have to talk to RawRed to see what type of theme he'd like (if any). I know he likes his Cabs... but we'll see.
However, these are the details thus far:
Purpose of the evening: VC going away party for RawRed and to wish him luck.
Hors d'vours: Included with the evening.
Wine: Theme Unknown, once I do know and have an idea of how many people I'll give the details.
Place: At ojeffso's house in Warren, NJ. (I think it's Warren)
Time: 7:30pm on Friday 7/25/2003
