WIML and I are having dinner at Tableau @ Wynn Hotel Las Vegas - March 25, Tuesday 5:30 pm Anyone is welcome to join us. Please contact me and I will adjust our reservation. Corkage is $35 per bottle. Wine brought to the restaraunt may not be on their list.

Are either of you still going to be in Vegas the following night? Bonnie and I get in on Wednesday, March 26 around 10 a.m. We were tentatively planning on either Lotus of Siam or L'Atelier on Wednesday night, but nothing set in stone. We're staying at the Venetian.

David, I'm there until early Friday morning. At the moment we're scheduled for this dinner on Tuesday at 5:30PM at Daniel Boulud and I'm dining solo on Wednesday night at 8PM at Tableau, both at the Wynn, where I'm staying. However, I just received an email from Al HooKoo that he has a scheduling conflict on Tuesday night so things might change. However it works out at the minimum I'll be available for dinner on Wednesday night if you'd like to get together. Perhaps others.

Changed again...... March 26, Wednesday - 7:00 pm @ Tableau - Wynn Hotel. David, We would be more than happy to have Bonnie and you join us. I have a reservation for 5 right now. I can make same day cancellations if for some reason you can't join us.

We're in! I checked out their website and didn't see any info on their wine list. Do we need to call the restaurant to confirm what we're bringing isn't on their list, or does someone have a pdf of their list? WIML, it looks like I have your cell number stored in my phone, so I'll try to call you tomorrow to discuss what to bring.

David, I tried to coax the winelist from the staff at both Daniel B and Tableau by fax or e-mail and was not able to. Due to Tableau's increase in wine corkage from $35 - $50 a bottle we are back to DB March 26, Wednesday - 7:00 pm @ Daniel Boulud - Wynn Hotel
