I'll be in Salt Lake City on 9/20 for business.  I *think* I'll be available for dinner on the evening of 9/19 if 1) you're allowed to drink in SLC and 2) we can find a suitable place to drink in SLC.  Anybody?

Good luck on this one. You can drink there but it's different to say the least. Not sure about BYOB.

Yep, I'm getting that feeling.  When the prospect told me he'd like me to fly out to either SLC or Burbank I told him I'd prefer Burbank (CRS) so that I could meet with their IT staff in Burbank on another project but he quickly overruled me and switched it to SLC.Â
