I can't find either of my wines so i"ll bring a '97 Ch de Malle sauterne and a 2003 Kosta Browne St Lucia.
That's the problem with such a huge cellar.
I just confirmed, we have a reservation for 11 people at 7:oopm at Circle Bistro in the One Washington Circle Hotel. Nearest METRO is Foggy Bottom/GWU. The hotel is across the Circle.
I have not heard back about glasses or decanters. But I don't plan on lugging them with me on the METRO.

| Just got a response from Chef Cox:
Bob- If people want to bring stems, that is fine. We have glassware, but perhaps not enough Burgundy glasses to go around. We'll do our best if y'all cannot bring some of your own.
Cheers, Brendan

| I will be there, but I might be a tad late. Gotta make it home first, change and grab the wine and head in.
Anyone have any idea what parking is like around there? | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com

| | The area is around GW University, Kinkead's etc. The hotel does have valet parking I think, but if you look you might be able to find some. That is one (but not the main) reason I'm taking the METRO. | | | |

Its semi residential, on-street parking. But you'll have to drive around in circles to find it. Call them as they might (should) have valet. My office is at the Watergate so I'll just walk the couple of blocks up form the Kennedy Center. Hurry up now, no fashion points for being late

| Well, I might be the first to read VC after returning home from the DC Cru dinner tonight at Circle Bistro but unfortunately, the brain isn't functioning as it was meant to do so, so I'm going to hit the bed and will post tomorrow. Suffice it to say that the food, wne and company were great, as was to be expected....and the pinots were fantastic!
