Neal Family Vyds. is sending Mark and Gove to work the east coast. Anyone interested in a short notice get-together in NYC January 17-23 or Boston January 24 & 26?

Isn't it great, 3 people posted & 3 different dates are preferred. The 20th may also be good. Though, Satur nights are easiest to get to NYC from NJ.

Both the 24th and 26th work for me. Depending on the size of the party, we might have an option downtown.

I'm in NYC on business the week of the 23rd, and would enjoy getting together on the evening of the 23rd.

I know, I know ... now a 4th night suggested ...

We need to eat each night so here's a proposal: Mark and I will look at all the dates that work and we'll try to book as many as possible. (Might be easier to get smaller tables anyway?) We have a few restaurant recommendations we want to try and we are open to any suggestions thrown into the mix.

I'm around and certainly willing to attend one of the NYC dinners. The last one was a blast.

Guyz, I talked to Gove & the only free night @ this point is Satur night the 21st of Jan. We can do it in NYC as long as we can find a BYOW (I don't know any). But, Gove also said that they are willing to come to NJ to BYOW.

Here is his quote:

Quote:

As long as we can get back to the hotel, NJ sound fun. I have no clue as to where would be a good location, so if you would suggest anything that works. Isn't there a good place there I saw on the Sopranos? The Bada Bing or something? Let me know.

May be, a place near NYC (i.e. Route 3), they are staying in the Times Sq-area.

We are open to ideas. Please throw out some ideas... But, a BYOW, of course, would be best.

So far:

Mark/Gove: 2
LCC: 9
Short: 1 or 2?
Brad: 1
Walt: 1 or 2?

Are you still considering a dinner in Boston? If so, please let me know - I'd be interested in joining the fun.

Thank you to Mark and Gove - great dinner last night. They shared three wines from the 2002 line-up (Napa Valley, Howell Mountain Estate, and Second Chance Vineyard).

Nice meeting Dave and Pete - hope to taste more wine with you in the future.

Nice to meet you too, Damon.

A tremendous thanks to Mark and Gove for generously sharing the fruits of their labor. My first wines from Neal and I was really impressed! Great effort, guys!
