I just got off the phone with Pride. Thay will only make reservations for parties of 6 or less. I booked 11:30 AM for 6 and we could picnic afterwards. They also had the 12:30 slot open so if someone else wants to call now we could get 12 people there... And 1:30 so we could get 18! And hang out in the picnic grounds... Pride's number is 707-963.4949. Get on this now!

PS. They will usually try to have some wine for those not on the mailing list that make the trek to the mountain! Reservations only though.

JB, Are you bringing 6 people? Or are some of those spots open?

4 of 6 are taken and I was hoping to hold open the remaining two for some late Friday lunchers... (DavidN/RandyW?) If you make the reservation at 12:30 or 1:30 for 6 and we don't fill up, we can always cancel/adjust group size.

The slots on the calendar go quickly... If the other slots are already taken, you can have my last two at 11:30.

we have to pick up our kids on saturday 8/13.... it sounds like a blast, but just can't make it.

We're still a go! Please bring some food and wine to share. I'm not making a big deal out of this with our minimal signup... I'll have some wines and food to share and utensils/plates/non-alcoholic bevs. I just hope it won't be a blistering hot day! I will see you there. I would love to stop by Match, which is only a few miles away, and do some barrel tasting if possible also. I sent Randy a PM and will await his answer. I dont think they are open on weekends though. I will be on the lookout for you guys. If you see some overweight skinhead looking knucklehead wandering around like he is lost its me looking for you.

Unfortunately, I can't be in the Valley on Saturday afternoon, but if anyone is going to be around Friday or Saturday morning, I'd love to hook up for some barrel tasting.

My scheadule is pretty flexible for saturday. If others are interested and we can make this happen before Pride I am up for it. I have no problem drinking at 10am. A little Baconbrook and eggs sounds great.

If enough of us could go to make it worth Randy's time it sounds like fun. Either way thanks for the offer Randy.

I don't think my crew of 6 can make it from San Jose in time to do a 10AM at Match and get to Pride by 11:30... Thanks anyway.

I could do Saturday morning. I'm scheduled for Pride at noon or 12:30 (I forget exactly when).

Skwid, Im also at noon. We could do this probably as late as 11:00 and be fine. I would be a party of 2. What do you think Randy? Will this work for you?

Party of 2 plus anyone else who'd like to join in. We'd meet at Rombauer at 11 AM, taste the 03 Butterdragon from the barrel (one month before bottling) and the 04 Butterdragon and 04 Baconbrook. I might be able to find a touch of the 2002 also.

My goal will by that by 11:40 you guys are saying, "Pride who?"
