| Looking to organize a typical seek style offline in Saratoga Springs again this year. I am looking to have the offline in May/June 2005.
Please post your interest and desired Month/Weekend, and I will begin to narrow the time down.

| Oh yeah! Way to go, Seek. I'd prefer sometime in May - June won't be good for me because I'll be starting a new job...somewhere. We should aim for Springwater Bistro again. | | | |

| May/June sounds good to me. Unless people have other plans, how about Memorial Day weekend??? | | | |

| Memorial day weekend is not going to work. Personally I am leaning toward early June or late May just not Memorial day weekend. | | | |

| Not Mother's Day. Not Memorial Day. Looks like early June will work. | | | Beta testing a new signature. | |

| Seek,
Me and the Mrs are in! The weekend of May 15th would be tricky, but we would not miss it for anything. If work permits I am in for golf as well. I'm sure your up to the task, but it will be tough to top the last dinner.

| Seek, unless something unexpected comes up, put us down for 2 people. We will be coming up on Fri, so let's do something on Fri as well. Also, how about accommodations? Pretty much the same deal (i.e. 6 Sisters or Springwater & such?!?). | | | |

| Seek, I would do Springwater again, also. Place is good. Not planning on spending a lot of time in the room anyway. Seek, you think we can get some kind of "group"-discount rate?!?
I guess Seek mentioned that there are about 18-20 people coming to this. That would be our largest Saratoga get-together to date. I was hoping to bring some friends that want to come, but looks like that will not be happening.
Can't wait! Let's get the show on the road...

| I'm in for one. Have to fly solo on this one. I didn't make last year's event, so can someone fill me in on what the accomodation situation is at Springwater. I checked their website, but couldn't find any reference to lodging. Cost? Quality? Thanks. | | | Beta testing a new signature. | |

| Jimmy -
It's pretty cheap - I think my room was less than $100, but I had to walk across the hall for my bathroom (only room in the place like that, I think). Nothing fancy, but quaint and convenient.

| Yes being able to stumble upstairs after the dinner I'm sure is very convenient.
I will make some calls this coming week and give you all the number to call. I should be able to get a group rate.

| So far it looks like the following are attending the Saturday May 21st dinner.
Seek (2) Cabhead (2) STW (2) MTpockets (2) mdriver (2) LCC (2) JimmyV (1) Brad Molzen (1) Seek guests (4) possibly
18 total
I would like to cap the dinner at this point unless someone else speaks up and would like to come. I have spoken to chef Dave Britton and he is ready to go and looking forward to it. I will post details of the wine theme in the next couple of days. This theme should be fun. Details about lodging to come shortly as well.
Friday night will be at a BYO and a la carte as usual. Please respond if you intend on attending Friday night as well.
