My wife and I had Wine Brat and his girlfriend over for dinner last night. Between the 4 of us we killed 4 bottles of wine...EEK! Here is a menu and wine list. I will try and post TNs later once my head clears up...

Appetizers - Brie, Muenster, Druken Goat cheese, grapes, apple slices and crackers.

Salad - Caesar Salad with garlic crispy potatoes as the croutons.

Entree - Beef Bourgogne with pearl onions, carrots and mushrooms.

OK, I have to ask: "Cabernet Ice Cream"?

Is this home made, or do you actually have that available in stores out there (like Garlic Ice Cream from Gilroy)?

stemor: This is a recipe I found online last fall and posted in that 'other' forum. It is a homemade recipe that can be made in your own ice cream maker. It was GREAT! If you want the recipe I will be more than happy to post it.
