| Please... I need guidance! And I must choose before 2:00pm today. Here's the story: I just received a phone call inviting Tricia and me to the Parker dinner tomorrow (Saturday) night dinner at the Legion of Honor. This is a $3000 a couple ticket... and we are invited as a GUEST... FREE Now what do I do Bunkey? Do I flake out on all of my vinocellar buddies going to the VC2 dinner tomorrow night and partake of Mr. Parker's generousity? Or do I say, "No Mr. Parker. I have a previous engagement"? Now these are $3000 tickets. I wouldn't flake out on the $270 (2x$135) for the Town Hall dinner. Like I said up in the title: This is a real "Sophie's Choice" decision for me. I will see most of you somewhere along the road Sunday or next week up in the Valley. HELP! What would you do? I did tell them that I would buy Mr. Parker's dinner if he could come to Town Hall with us. And I also told them that it was a bit unfair since we had picked the date for our dinner long before they set theirs up. I said I couldn't understand why they didn't check with VC before setting their date. Anywho... I have to let them know before 2:00pm today. | | |

| Go to the Parker event and give up your space, since they're already paid for, to MadameNCVL and myself. | | | |

| I think a key thing we are all missing "what does TricaN want to do?" Whatever it is do that. | | | |

| Dave:
Can't believe you are even asking this question...
Let's look at the upside of going to the Parker dinner:
1. Great Food 2. Great Wine 3. Knowledgable renowned wine critic 4. Great Setting-Legion of Honor
I look forward to your yummilicious tasting notes!

| She's out and I can't reach her. I guarantee whatever I decide will be the opposite of what she will want to do
All of a sudden skwid is on Tricia's "side" of everything. I think they had a "binding moment" last night at the Burgundy tasting when they got in to this long discussion about what kind of purse and shoes for ladies are the best indicators of "availability".

| it would be cool if you could somehow manage both, but don't ruin your evening trying to do too much. we will miss you at the vinocellar dinner if you go to the parker event, but i think you should go. katy & i will definitely see you on sunday & we may still be sharing a ride up to the city tomorrow anyway. relax & make the decision that makes you happiest, we'll all still love ya . | | | |

| Doing both would be the worst choice. Enjoy the Parker dinner. | | | |

| No brainer. Parker. I would go in a minute. You're hosting everyone at the BBQ. How many chances do you get to meet "the big guy" | | | |

| Dave: Let's hope you meant a "bonding" moment rather than "binding" moment or did Tricia and Skwid bind your wallet to buying more burg? | | | |
