| I can't remember the names of most of the wines other than Dominus 1989. Which I thought was nice with a real bordeux style as expected. Rev and Ojeff thought it was a touch over the hill perhaps, with strong oak flavor and fading fruit. I enjoyed it quite a bit, since I enjoyed the restrained fruit aspect. 92 for me.
There were a few more wines, which once they're named I can rate. All was delicious and the food was amazing as well. There was some lovely pate and foie gras brought in from switzerland which stated off a lovely evening. As all can attest, I loved the sauteed mushroom selections that went with the steak! | | | |
