| 14% Alc. Merlot+CS+Garnacha
Pretty red. Superfine nose of evident Merlot fruit, with blue berries and violets and good acidity. The oak imparts a fine cocoa note and the tannin is beautifully integrated though it will last. Has the ideal balance between Merlotsy acidity and regional warmth. Very pleasant indeed, from young vines planted in 1996. Impressive first release and enviable promise. Needless to say José Luis Pérez Verdú of Martinet is into this. 90
Cool virtual visit of the Finca Malaveinahere
