| Stop the pressees, this is the real thing. It's some 16 months away from peaking but already showing what it's got. Excellent surprise. Bone dry and even sort of drying from the oaky smokiness. Very original, and certainly nowhere near the sweet simplicity of most of the other whites. Pretty structured, glyceric, just 12% alcohol which surprised me, wanting bottle, but already attractive and promising fun new experiences...in a different glass, that is. 89+
