Mmmm.  Paid 16.5 euros at a Barcelona wine shop.  Not sure if I'd describe it as syrup or gravy (probably somewhere in the middle), but the Don PX was a dark brown, motor oil color that coated the glass.  Strong prunes and raisins, as to be expected, mixed with dark brown sugar.  I struggle even calling this wine, as it really strikes me as a fantastic liqueur.  I believe this is the equivalent of the Grand Reserva, but not labeled as such because it was not exported.  At this price point, I could become addicted to this very easily.

Hate to break it to you buddy, but this should be under the sweet wine section.
