Tasted May 28, 2007 at an offline. Opened and decanted about 30 minutes to an hour before serving. Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of smoke, Kirsch, black berries and dark plums. Flavors of black licorice, black currants and black cherries. Medium acidity, tannins and body. Drink now with an hour in the decanter or hold.
