| | This wine was tasted at 2 hours after splash decanting. It had a difficult-to-place medium nose of pepper, cinnamon, and rubbing alcohol. On the palate, the wine is tannic and acidic with primary sensations of blackberries and prunes that turn a little sharp on the finish. This probably needs years more in the bottle. Difficult to predict. 85-87 | | | |
