Tasted at 2 1/2 hours after splash decanting:

The wine was an opaque purple with a subdued nose of baked apples and a little cedar. On the palate, bright berry flavors were balanced by a crisp acidic bite and copious tannins. Nice now, but this needs a few more years. 87-89

We'll be in Priorat and Monsant soon, so I tried this again. It sure has either changed drastically or there's been a lot of bottle variation. This wine was rich and beautifully balanced. No notes were taken at dinner, but this bottle was about a 91-92 point wine.
