I wouldn't combine the two. Most of the Portugal tasting notes will be about Port. You have enough room to make Portugal its own tasting note forum, don't you? If so, you might consider every country separartely. It will make finding tasting notes all the easier.

My 2 pennies...

The only similar thing between Portugal and Spain is that both have Tempranillo (aka: Tinta Roriz and Aragonez) and Albarino. Region by region, there is nothing similar about their wines at all (except those who hire Michel Rolland, maybe their wines will be similar). This site would look amateurish if it combines Portugal TNs with Spanish TNs. You wouldn't combine, say, Sonoma with Burgundy TNs or Rhone with Australia, would you?
