| | It's getting close lcc. It's still just a little tight but started to open some with air time upon revisit. You could probably drink now with sufficient decant time. | |

| | Opened and drank a 2000 Embruix last week (with some sharp cheddar and good crackers) and it drank fantastic. No notes but it was a hit with all - and we drank it after finishing an 05 Kosta Brown Sonoma Coast and the Embruix didn't miss a beat. Sadly it was my last though I have some 01 as well as a few of the 2000 Vall Llach proper. I was very impressed - much better then expected. | | | |
