amazingly, even with spitting most of the wines, i too have a terrible headache.

the gaja table was the highlight of the night. winebow and the bordeaux table were tried for second. most of the distributors were trying to push their 2000 california cabernets and other wines sitting in their warehouses. here is my list with points. some wines were probably tasted right after opening and some had plenty of air time, we just did not know.

One small correction, we had the 2002 Melville Estate Pinot Noir (just came in).

They have 2002 Melville Estate, hmmm.... Is it a buy?

It's a buy for me. I already bought 9 750's and a 3L.

i thought we tasted the 2002, but my notes said 2001. thanks for the correction.

FYI...I just talked to the WL. They still have 01s in stock. So, they are not selling 02s just yet.
