Château de Beaucastel, Châteauneuf du Pape

Monday, October 27th Chef Scott Bryan will prepare a five course tasting menu to complement the extraordinarily diverse wines of this famous estate. Beaucastel is probably the most recognized estate of Châteauneuf du Pape, located in the Southern Rhone. On hand from the estate this evening will be Marc Olivier Perrin, Owner/Director of Marketing. Marc Olivier will provide insight to the wines produced here and add historical facts about the Estate and region.

Among the many wines to be tasted will be the current release 2001 rouge, back to magnums of 1978 rouge, provided by the estate. Additionally, you will enjoy an array of vintages of the Roussanne V.V., including 1986, the first commercially released vintage. The evening’s meal will culminate with the first commercially released 1989 Cuvée Jacques Perrin.
