| Speaking of Sandi Belcher... received this today:
October 7, 2003
Martini House is extremely excited to announce the fifth evening in our 'Meet the Maker' Wine Dinner Series. On Wednesday October 15, 2003 we continue with our 'Women Wine Makers We Love' series. Save the date for Sandi Belcher of Long Vineyards and Arns, Rashell Rafanelli of Rafanelli Vineyards, and Karen Culler of Culler Vineyards. Whew!!
Martini House chef Todd Humphries will be preparing a special, early Autumn prix fixe menu with local, seasonal ingredients to compliment the evenings wine pairings.
Joining us on Wednesday September 17 was Mia Kleine of Selene Vineyards, Pam Starr of Crocker&Starr and Delia Viader of Viader Vineyards as they poured their incredible wines. We were thrilled to have Phelps Winery join us on the first of October. Winemaker Craig Williams and California sales manager Monique Nelson did a wonderful job pouring the Phelps Viognier, the special 2000 Insignia and the luscious dessert wine, Eisrebe.
This is a fantastic opportunity to taste some of the finest wines Napa Valley has to offer, chat with the winemakers in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy chef Humphries' renowned Napa Valley cuisine in the inviting rooms and lovely patio of Martini House.
Please call for reservations (707-963-2233). We will be saving a few tables for our ' Friends and Family'. We look forward to seeing you at Martini House for our 'Meet the Maker' evenings. Until then, warmest regards.

Lisa Minucci is the one who you either really like or really dislike. I think she is great. You've read about her. She's the one that splash-decants the wine whether you want it or not.
