Jennifer and I wanted to thank everyone on VinoCellar that has supported us over the last few years. It has been a pleasure to meet many of you and to share some laughs over a glass of wine. As you may know, we finally moved into our own space last year and christened it with the ’06 harvest. With the 2007 vintage quickly approaching we wanted to assemble all of our friends and family and open up each wine we have made since 2003. In addition, we want to show off the other projects we are currently working on! Please accept this as an open invitation for all of the VinoCellar participants to our open house! Thanks again for all of your wonderful support and we will look forward to seeing you in a few weeks!

Sincerely,

Kevin Kelley

Please join us on Saturday August 18th as we will be opening our cellar for a comprehensive tasting of Salinia! We will be showing four years of wine starting with the 2003 vintage. Do not miss this opportunity to see the past, present and future of Salinia by experiencing the following wines…

        ÂW.E. Bottoms Pinot Noir 2005 & 2006  Â        ÂHeintz Syrah 2004 -2006

Restaurant Mirepoix will be providing bites that will pair with the wine and local cheese. We will also introduce you to the other projects we are currently involved in…

          ÂLioco

ÂStainless steel Chardonnay from pedigreed soils (Durell, Michaud, & Heintz).

ÂClassic Pinot Noirs from sites with character (Michaud, Hirsch, & Klindt)

          ÂHeintz Estate

Â              ÂPinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah that highlight why the Charles Heintz Vineyard
Â is sought after by both winemakers and consumers

          ÂSpot-On Cellars

ÂPinot Blanc and Syrah that explores the intensity and value that Mendocino

                              Âhas to offer.

          ÂEthan’s Block

Â              ÂThis tiny 2.5 acre Estate Pinot Noir vineyard shows what the Coast

 is all about.                                         Â
