| I was invited to attend an event arranged by the Commanderie de Bordeaux - which is essentially a group of Bordeaux aficionados that meet, eat and drink. Anyone know anything about them?
The next meeting is focused on 2001 St. Emilion: 1. Chateau Monbousquet Blanc (The wonderful white we had at the Wyatts last year) RP90 2. Cheval Blanc (Premier Grand Cru) RP93,WS92,ST92+ 3. Valandraud (garagiste) RP94 4. Chapelle d’Ausone (second label, Premier Grand Cru) RP90, WA90 5. La Mondotte (garagiste) RP94,WS93 | | | |

| | I just went to a Beychevelle dinner in Boston that they setup. Generally an older crowd, they sing songs, drink some wine, eat some food, kinda like myfraternity (except our wine had fruit flavors). | | | |

| That was the impression I got as well, but it seems like they have a fine time. I missed the event I was invited to, but will probably check out their next one.
Thanks. | | | |
