Cigar & Vintage Port Event
A Visceral Pursuit!

Fumar Cigar Lounge,
Los Gatos

Thursday, November 16
7 – 10PM
$150 Per Member or Guest

One of the finest and most relaxing of all leisurely pursuits is to enjoy a quality hand rolled or box pressed cigar paired with a superior aged port. To smooth out the edges with such a wine facilitates a particular transcendence of an already smooth smoke; these two luxuries are truly complimentary. Engage sensory bliss, run it down, join Fumare Cigar Lounge and Vintage Wine Merchants for this rare, limited attendance cigar and port tasting with single Vintage wines stretching all the way back to the 1940’s and including ones from the most appreciated and critically acknowledged Vintages of the Century.

VINTAGE PORTS
• 1940 Broadbent Madeira Sercial
• 1963 Fonseca “Vintage”
• 1977 Taylor Fladgate “Vintage”
• 1983 Fonseca “Vintage”
• 1985 Fonseca “Vintage”

CIGARS
• JM Golding 1492 Vintage 1996 Bristol 6 x 50 - aged for 10 years and is mild to medium
bodied featuring a touch of spiciness from the Sumatra wrapper and rich chocolate/coffee
flavors from the Dominican binder and filler.

• Pinar 3000 Toro Maduro 5.5 x 50 - 100% pre-embargo Cuban tobacco and is a perfect
compliment to the richest Vintage Ports.

• El Rico Habano Torpedo Maduro 6 x 54 - made by Ernesto Perez Carillo is full bodied,
and has the rich and exquisite flavors of Cuba. It has a triple fermented Connecticut
Broadleaf wrapper and Nicaraguan binder and filler.

Due to the Limited Nature of the Wines and Cigars This Event is Available to No More Than 20 Members/Guests. Please RSVP to fumarecigarlounge@sbcglobal.net[/Email] or joe@vintagewinemerchants.com. All attendees must pay in advance.

Thank you!

When I read the subject, I was concerned, but *port* wine makes a world of difference in this pairing. I still prefer whisky, but wouldn't turn down the port.

is that Pappy VanWinkle?

The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has it's limits...

Port and cigars... we gotta wait until we can sit outside in the great outdoors. Even better if it is a nice warm evening.
