| | I wish they sold separate tickets to "The public that doesn't want to get wasted". I can't get into the trade tasting, but the full public tasting turns into a bit of a drunk-fest. Not sure what to do. | | | |

| Here was our method last year.
1. Make a list of the wineries you want to hit in advance. 2. Be one of first 50 in line. 3. Work from table Z to A, as everyone else seems to go in alphabetical order. 4. After you hit the wineries you wanted to visit, you can browse through. We were done in about an hour and a half. | | TN posted on Cellartracker "I drink no more than a sponge." 1. Don't go.
The same system worked well the previous year too.
Nothing against FWM, I think the event is well run and has great intentions, but it's just too crazy. | | | |

| I didn't find the SF Family Winemakers tasting last year crazy, enjoyed it quite a bit. I made up a (do-able) list of wineries and wines I wanted to taste and used that as a guide.

| | To be fair, I haven't been since they've split this into a 2-day event. I would imagine it is much more accessible now, perhaps I should give it a go this year. | | | |

| | i've gone to a lot of wine tastings including this one, the SF chron tasting, the ZAP madhouse and i've been on both sides of the aisle, and this is one of the best ones and a virtual steal for $35 per person on pre purchase | | Owner/Winemaker m2 Wines | |
