Greetings:
Join us this Wednesday as we welcome Paul Draper to our Wine Bar to feature new releases from Ridge. There are only a handful of icons in the American wine industry, and when it comes to Zinfandel, Mr. Draper wrote the book. Zinfandel has been grown in California as long as anyone can remember, but it was Paul Draper who first brought it to the world’s stage. Ridge was already making one of California’s finest Bordeaux Blends, the Monte Bello; Paul knew that if he applied the same methods to Zinfandel with the best wine making techniques and careful blending of other established varieties, California’s grape could truly shine.
Each year we look forward to his new releases, and this is the second time that Paul has presented his wines to our customers. He is one of California’s most cerebral winemakers, and has a rare gift for communicating his vast knowledge. Last year it was a huge hit, so come early!
The price of the flight is $30 and will include the following wines:
