David - this has truly been a great time the past two years. We are planing a trip to CA about this time so we may be able to work this out. Can you please order up some nice weather this time? The kids were actually playing out on the beach in the rain last year.

I'll talk to the Mr. to see what he thinks.

Last year we went to the second tasting (Every year WC does two of the same tasting; one in March and one in April). We got those April Showers.

This year I want to do the first tasting in March. IIRC last year in March it was a beautiful weekend. Maybe look in the Farmer's Almanac and see what they say.

Is it that time already? You know it will rain that weekend in March and be nice in April this year. Put me down for 2 possible, must check with the boss.

Not to put a hex on you, but I think you vacillated between dates but eventually went to the March tasting last year. I bumped into you and at least one other person who attended your offline last year. Personally, I prefer to attend the March tasting because some of the wines are limited and also because I'm easily traumatized by delayed gratification. The April date has the advantage that the tasting is less crowded.

I can arrange to have one of the dinner courses at the offline be from La Superica if you are coming BD.
