| This is the event that we were talking about in February....I am going to see if this is a possiblility for Crista and I. Four mainland trips in 5 months might be tough to pull off though. | | | |

| This appears to be a far better event than the Morrell one, and for less money as well. | | | |

| David,
Thanks for posting this on VC. We are trying to spread the word that Loring Wine Company is holding the third annual Camp Pisoni weekend. This is all about having some fun and getting folks out into the vineyards and having them meet those hard working and more than dedicated vineyard folks! If you noticed this years winemakers dinner is being held on Friday night instead of Saturday after spending all day at Pisoni-land.
The last two years have been a blast and we expect this one to be just as much fun! If you have ever wanted to see some of the SLH vineyards and have a fun weekend this is one not to miss!

| This sounds like a great weekend, especially in view of NoCal's report on camp pisoni!! Is this usually held around this time of year?? Will try to hold some time next year to make a trek to Cali for this event. Unfortunately already have other important events around this time in 2004. | | | |

| So Davidn, am I in because I have a reservation at the Inn? Is there a number to contact for the actual event? | | | |

| c_w,
This is the first time this particular event with Brian Loring has been put on at this time of year. We'll just have to bug Kimberly to get a date set for next year sooner so some of you out-of-state peeps can make it.
This year promises to be the best ever what with the addition of Adam and Diana Lee to the list of "superstars".
skwid,
you are IN at the INN! Six and a half lucky couples get to stay up at the Inn of the Pinnacles right in the middle of Jan and Jon Brosseau's vineyard. That's because the Inn only has six doubles and one single rooms (skwid, you are the half). Really the only advantage to staying at the Inn is being able to crawl to your room after the Friday night "dinner".

| Skwid. Shut up! You're already in! And Skwid (aka Bogart Champagne), don't tell me you're bringing that stuff when I know perfectly well the only way it will leave your room is in your stomach.
Colvill,
Lots of purple teeth too. And some people come back with stains in inappropriate places after taking the jeep ride with Gary.

| Hey, that 1996 Dom was very good and it was getting lonely so I had to keep it company (aka fill my glass). It is a tough job but someone has to do it. | | | |

| oh please, please, please let there be nothing on the calendar for that weekend already . I'll have to check tonight, this would be worth canceling the trip to Hawaii to attend. If there's nothing else going on we are so there ! | | | |

| just to clear this up a bit on reservations... Whether you want to stay at Inn at the Pinnacles or not the person to contact for reservations is Jan at the Inn. She can tell you what you need to do and she is collecting the money. Reservations: Contact Inn at the Pinnacles B&B at (831) 678-2400 or e-mail = info@innatthepinnacles.com The Inn at the Pinnacles' rooms are already sold out. She will direct you to where 90% of the "gang" will be staying which is a Best Western in Solidad. There will be buses from there back and forth to the Inn for the dinner. I'm pretty sure the event is filling up quickly so if you want to attend I would do it ASAP. | | | |

| Just contacted Jan and I am in for the weekend at the camp as well as the Inn.
I wonder how a bottle of Champagne would do on a Pisoni Jeep ride?

| I think you better bring your own (champagne) glasses.
He who returns from the jeep ride with a full glass is considered a fool.
