| TBird.....It is my assumption that like me, you are not a top notch conditioned athlete (any more). There are two innocuous injuries that just seem to heal so slowly.....the pulled groin and the hammy pull, both of which require more down time than they deserve. Nothing seems to heal them but rest, and then after the long rest gradual stretching and rehab. Note well.....you can't force your recovery. If you are over 25 (assumption) you can do nothing but wait. If you force it, you will aggravate it. Screaming Eagle, touted as a great remedy, will really just make you happy(not a bad thing), and is better than a chiropractor, but is not covered by insurance. Dick | | | |
