Austin, TX.

We ate at a nice place called Truluck's last night. I think it's BBQ tonight.

This is a cool city.

I like Austin, too. Did you get out to Lockhart, TX to eat at Smitty's?

Ok...so I'm Phoenix and the food at the hotel leaves something to be desired. We're out near the airport and the hotel shuttle will drive us within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. They recommended Bill Johnson's Steakhouse. So we go expecting a pretty decent place. What we got was...well...have you ever seen the episode of FRASIER where Martin take Frasier and Niles to the Timbermill? Well, I felt like Frasier and Niles.

Brent, ask to go to Los Dos Molinos. Very good mexican food (can be a bit spicy, but if you like hot stuff they can give it to you).

I suspect that we'll see a lot of entries that say "San Francisco" in the very near future.

I'm packing up tonight, flying tomorrow.

Cheers, y'all

No. We went to Dona Emilia's Brazilian Cantina (or whatever it's called) right by the convention center. Had a Texas Rib Eye in cilantro-butter. OMFG.

No can do. I'm having dinner at the White House tonight. That would be the White House in Pacific Grove (Robert Kincaid's restaurant since he moved from Carmel).
