We'll be leaving for a trip taking in the French Alps, Dordogne, Paris and London the day after the big New Orleans blow-out ends. (For those attending the Sunday tasting, please tell me to leave early enough if I appear in need of such advice

) It appears that many of the restaurants in Dordogne offer regional wines. I'm not all that familar with wines from Dordogne, although I've read a little bit recently about Cahors, Bergerac and Monbazillac wines. Can anyone offer any guidance?
