MLV and I have been going to Key West for years - We like the following in no particular order:

1. Antonias
2. Seven Fish (only problem here is the fast service, and when an unknown place became too popular)
3. Blue Heaven - especially for breakfast/lunch
4. Santiago's Bodega - creative tapas in Bahama Village went there for the first time this year - very good fun place
5. Cafe Marquesa has always been good to great but is quite expensive and a little more formal (by Key West standards anyway then the others)
6. Ambrosia for Sushi - although I think they have moved and we have not been to the new location
7. Sitting at the bar and having fondue at Michael on Elizabeth is also fun
Other good lunch spots are Pepe's on Catherine Street (also a good outdoor bar area) and BO Fish Shack if you want fish sandwiches

Lots of other good places.

I am sure I left stuff off, but MLV can add

While I don't have nearly the experience of Jcocktosten and MLV in Key West, I endorse Blue Heaven as the place to go for breakfast.
