| Heading back to NOTL for the first time in 11 years. I know the sweet
wines will be good. Anything else? What wineries should I hit,
especially if you had to nail it down to just 3-4 (max)? We're dining
well, seeing shows at the Shaw Festival and going to get spa
treatments, too, so that's why I'd limiot it to 3 or 4.

| I visited NOTL last summer. I am no expert but I enjoyed our visit to the two major producers (Hillebrand and Inniskillin). I also thought the dinner at Hillebrand was one of the best we had there.
If you have time during lunch, take a drive to Virgil for the Pie Plate Bakery & Cafe - great food.
