| Well, I have no time these days it seems. Maybe on the weekend I will post about it at greater detail. It was one of the best (if not thes best) meals of my life. Truly memorable.
There's a thread devoted to this on my wife's foodie site (Roguefood.com) -- http://www.roguefood.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1764 -- read on there for now. | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com

There maybe that'll work this time.
Dude, I'd have loved to get together. But this was such a short and quick little trip. Besides, had too much on the agenda and needed some proper together time with Mrs. TJ. heh heh heh

| So, I am sitting here nibbling on one of the 4 shortbread cookies in the pack I got (Goddess has her own 4-pack) as a traveling gift from our pals at TFL. These cookies have to be the best shortbread cookies I have ever tasted. Crispy, buttery good. And the packaging keeps them ridiculously fresh and wonderful. Not even a hint of staleness here a week and a half later. And I opened the pack last week on Thursday to nibble the first two, even.
So buttery without being cloying or mushy or messy.
Perfection. | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com

| | Stinging nettles. Well, I guess it's the French Laundry. They could stack compost on a plate, give it a French name and I'm sure I'd pay $100 for the pleasure of tasting three spoonfools (and a box of shortbread cookies). I'm green with envy. | | | |
