| | This is in Mandalay Place and SOOO worth checking out. I went for a burger after checking in and needing to wait for my room. The Bufalo burger with carmelized onions, swiss and oyster mushrooms on an onion roll was intensly good. Paired with a Pilsner Urquell and some sweet potato fries....awesome! | |

| Couldn't resist looking at the menu. Next time I'm in Vegas on business, there is a 100% chance the Rossini burger will hit the expense account:
